These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern access and use of the MatAll website and mobile applications by customers (“Users”, “You”). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.

 

Eligibility:
You must be legally applicable in your country to use MatAll. By accessing or purchasing through MatAll, you confirm your competence to contract under the law of land.

 

Account & Access:
Users must register with valid details. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.

 

Orders & Payments:
All product listings on MatAll are offers by Suppliers. MatAll facilitates transactions but is not the manufacturer or seller. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payment modes include UPI, debit/credit card, net banking, or cash on delivery (where applicable).

 

Delivery:
Refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy. Timely delivery depends on product availability and logistics capacity.

 

Returns & Replacements:
Covered under our Return & Replacement Policy. Certain products (e.g., cement, loose sand, paint) may be non-returnable due to perishability or bulk handling.

 

Platform Use:
Users agree not to misuse, copy, or disrupt the Platform. Unlawful activity, reverse engineering, or scraping is prohibited.

 

Intellectual Property:
All content, logos, and data on MatAll are owned by Adventitous Solutions Pvt. Ltd. You may not reproduce or use them without written consent.

 

Limitation of Liability:
MatAll acts as a digital intermediary. We are not liable for damages, delays, or loss arising from third-party actions.

 

Governing Law:
All disputes are subject to Gurugram, Haryana jurisdiction.
