Returns and Replacement
MatAll, operated by Adventitous Solutions Private Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”), values the privacy of all users (“you”, “your”) accessing or using our website (www.matall.app) or mobile applications (“Platform”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose information about you.
MatAll strives to ensure that every customer receives high-quality construction materials as per specifications. This Return & Replacement Policy (“Policy”) explains when and how customers can return or request replacement for products ordered via the MatAll app or website.
​Eligibility for Return:
Returns are accepted only if:

Product is defective, damaged, or not of the right make and model.

Incorrect quantity or item delivered.

Return request is made within 30 minutes of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items:
Cement, sand, adhesives, paint, and other perishable or bulky materials once delivered cannot be returned unless damaged at receipt.
Process:

Raise a request through the app or the customer care within 30 minutes of order delivery.

Provide order ID, images, and reason for return.

Returns are only applicable in case of a damaged item or wrong product delivered.
Refunds & Replacements:
Approved returns will be refunded by upto 2 business days to the original payment mode. However, all attempts will be made to refund the amount earlier than the stipulated time. Replacement items will be delivered at the earliest availability on the same address.
Supplier Responsibility:
Suppliers are accountable for product quality and must cooperate with MatAll for verification, pickup, and credit settlement.
