Shipping & Delivery

MatAll, operated by Adventitous Solutions Private Limited (“we”, “our”, “us”), values the privacy of all users (“you”, “your”) accessing or using our website (www.matall.app) or mobile applications (“Platform”). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and disclose information about you.

 

MatAll (“we”, “us”, “our”) facilitates hyperlocal delivery of construction and interior design materials through our network of verified suppliers and partners. This Shipping and Delivery Policy (“Policy”) outlines how we process, manage, and deliver customer orders placed through our website (www.matall.app) or mobile applications (“Platform”).

 

Delivery Model:

MatAll operates on a hyperlocal, inventory-lite model. Orders are routed to verified suppliers closest to the delivery address. Once accepted, suppliers dispatch the materials directly to the customer using MatAll’s logistics partners or delivery network.

 

Delivery Timelines:

MatAll strives to deliver within 1 hours in serviceable zones. For some heavy materials, this delivery time could be upto 3 hours. Delivery timelines may be impacted by material availability, location, and external conditions (traffic, weather, strikes, etc.). All attempts will be made to communicate for any delays on the primary number for customer’s who have registered on the portal.

 

Delivery Coverage:

Serviceability is determined by the pin-code or geo-location of the app. If your area is not yet covered, you will be notified both on product screen and checkout. In such case, the order will not proceed.

 

Order Tracking:

Upon dispatch, customers receive an order tracking link or delivery update through the MatAll app, SMS, or WhatsApp.

 

Failed Deliveries:

If the customer is unavailable to accept delivery, the delivery may be rescheduled once. In case the customer requests refund, the refund will be processed after adjusting for the applicable logistic charges (both side). If the customer wishes to attempt re-delivery, the adjusted logistics charges will be applicable.

 

Delivery Charges:

Delivery charges, if applicable, are displayed during checkout. In case of cancellations post-dispatch, delivery fees may be non-refundable unless the failure was due to MatAll’s fault.

 

Risk & Title:

Ownership and risk transfer to the customer upon delivery confirmation. MatAll ensures safe packaging but is not liable for damage after handover.
